Job Description
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, resolve product issues and concerns
Provides administrative functions and correspondence through email in a professional manner
Updating provided information on products and services on our database
Providing product and service information to customers and resolving technical issues.
Perform additional administrative customer service duties as requested.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields is an added advantage
Ability to build rapport with clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Applicants must be computer literacy
Self-starter with excellent anticipation and prioritization skills
