Job Description

Practice Account Management Services is looking for a Part-Time Billing and Collections Representative. Our position needs to be filled quickly.

Position is PT, Mon-Friday, Flexible on PT hours during 8 am-5 pm.

Job Duties

  • Scan medical record documents into coding vendor website
  • Reconcile medical record documents against dates of service registration logs
  • Make collection calls
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Process credit card payments
  • Make bank deposit
  • Reviewing internal medical record reports
  • Works directly with walk in patients that have questions/concerns with billing.
  • Other duties as requested by employer

Must be comfortable working with the public in person and on the phone.  Position is PT, Mon-Friday, Flexible on PT hours during 8 am-5 pm and pay is DOE.
