Part-Time Customer Service Representative

Job Description
The Customer Service Representative will help create a fun and engaging experience for guests through courteous, friendly, and professional assistance while upholding 808 Bounce LLC safety regulations.
Schedule: Monday through Sunday, 20 hours a week.
$10/hour starting pay.
Qualifications
- Ability to count, use a cash register (training will be provided), keep track of sales, and fill out a simple daily sales report.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Must be able to interact and communicate well with children, parents, and staff members.
- Ability to enforce rules.
- Ability to troubleshoot and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to move heavy equipment is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Handle cash transactions with customers.
- Make sure waivers are signed.
- Greet and assist customers.
- Make sure party rooms and staff are running on schedule.
- Answer all phone calls; return phone calls before shift is over.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Sanitize bouncers, vacuum the stores, take out trash, clean tables, tidy tables and chairs.
- Ensure children and parents follow store policies.
