Dining Services Supervisor
15 Craigside Retirement Residence
Location: Honolulu, Hawaii

We are seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to join our Dining Services team at the 15 Craigside Retirement Residence. The position is Full Time (40 hrs per week), and the successful applicant will be required to work various shifts as scheduled Sunday through Saturday.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Plans and implements front of the house dining standards, procedures, and service
- Inputs charges for meals, special functions and other related charges
- Ensures dining functions and events are implemented according to service standards
- Manages, coordinates, and schedules dining room staff
Successful candidates must have:
- Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem solving skills
- Dining experience in a health care or hospitality setting highly preferred
- Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook & Access as well as in Point of Sale (POS) Systems
