Job Description
DIRECTOR OF ASSISTED LIVING
Excellent opportunity for a full-time Director of Assisted Living to manage the services for a large 41-bed Assisted Living and 22-bed Memory Support unit at The Hi’olani Care Center at Kahala Nui. While overseeing a staff of 50 licensed Nurses and Resident Care Assistants, the Director of Assisted Living is responsible for ensuring the highest level of person-centered care and service for up to 63 residents.
The ideal candidate would have either an RN or LPN license, a Masters of Social Work, or an Assisted Living Administrator’s certification; previous management experience in a healthcare setting; and a passion for working with seniors.
