Jamba Juice Hawaii is looking for an experienced District Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate is energetic, passionate and dedicated; skilled in operations and business acumen to oversee the overall operations of multiple locations.

We are looking for a hardworking, dynamic and committed District Manager (DM) who is responsible for ensuring excellent internal service, external service, and building store sales and profits while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Strong leadership is needed with the ability to maximize the potential of each store in their district.
Primary responsibilities include:
• Overseeing, directing, managing and controlling all phases of the operations model and support structure in an effort to achieve company goals/expectations
• Consistently recruiting new team members and developing existing staff to achieve maximum performance
• Working with Store and General Managers to provide support and guidance as needed
• Collaborating with members of the Support Center to ensure coordination, effective planning and timely operation of restaurants; calibrates and aligns all parties
• Supporting the implementation of marketing initiatives
• Ensuring the coordination of all product/menu offerings
• Providing timely, clear and informative communication as necessary to drive the improvement of the operations
• Performing other duties, tasks and responsibilities as required, assigned, and directed
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years progressive multi-unit store operations, Management experience in Food and Beverage and experience in P&L, budget management, labor/transaction forecasting, employee relations and marketing. Proficient knowledge of computers and related Microsoft Office applications (word processing, spreadsheets, databases) is required.
This position requires the ability to accommodate a flexible schedule in a high volume environment with some travel as business needs require. Must have a valid driver license, clean driver’s abstract, reliable transportation and be able to move timely throughout the stores in your assigned district.
