Job Description
FOOD SERVER (Part-time)
Excellent opportunity for a part-time Food Server at Kahala Nui, Oahu’s finest Senior Living Community. Hours are ideal for students: 4-7pm in our Assisted Living dining room or 4:30 – 9pm in the main Kahala Nui dining room.
No experience necessary, but must have excellent communication skills, great attention to detail, and a passion for working with seniors. Responsibilities include taking the food order, ensuring that it complies with any dietary restrictions, placing food orders in a computerized ordering system, and serving the food to each resident following formal tableside dining standards.
Pay starts at $10.00/hour plus weekly incentives (non-tipping position) or $10.25/hour in the Assisted Living dining room plus great perks such as a free shift meal, free parking or subsidized monthly bus pass, free fitness center access, paid vacation time after 3 months, college scholarship program and more! Tuition reimbursement and free medical, drug, vision, dental, and life insurance benefits are also available if working 20 hours or more per week.
