Job Description
Waikiki Parc is seeking a Food Service Manager. The Waikiki Parc is a chic boutique hotel infused with contemporary style, bold experiences and unpretentious hospitality. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the Parc A.M. service offering daily breakfast buffet from 6:00 am – 10:00 am, and assisting with hotel events for guests and employees. Must meet the minimum qualifications of two (2) years with restaurant managerial operations background. Proficient in computer software such as Microsoft Office, Micros, and property management system. Experience in budgets, purchasing, receiving, food preparation, training, problem solving skills, creative, organized, able to perform all functions in the restaurant’s front and back of house.
