Job Description

We have immediate opening for a “Greeter / Customer Service Representative” for highly energetic, professional individuals and career-minded individuals to join our growing company.

SpeediShuttle is Hawaii’s fastest-growing transportation company, with over 400 employees on the islands of Maui, Oahu, Kauai and the Big Island. Locally owned and operated, we have been providing the highest quality transportation services since 1999.

We welcome walk-in applicants Monday – Friday between the hours of 10:00 am and 3:00 pm only.

Please do not park in our building. We do not validate. We recommend using metered parking or one of the more affordable options such as Alii Place Parking Garage on Alakea St right across the court house, or Kukui Plaza Parking Garage, across Longs/ Safeway Pali.
Please dress appropriately. Interviews may be held on the same day.

SKILLS:
Customer Focus, Customer Service, Verbal Communication, Building Relationships, People Skills, Interpersonal Savvy, Problem Solving, Multi-tasking.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Sales experience preferred
• Some computer knowledge preferred
• Bilingual Required (Japanese)
• Candidates must have outstanding customer service and the ability to embrace and share the Aloha Spirit
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and security background check
• Excellent listener and great written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work well under a fast paced environment with changing conditions
• Hospitality / Travel Industry experience preferred
• Able to work a maximum of 9 hour shifts
• Must be flexible. Preferably able to works nights and weekends.
• Own transportation to and from work
