We’ll partner with you to build the skills needed to launch a successful career in the financial services industry through our unique management development program. This position will be located on Oahu and you will be working for our locally owned firm, on Oahu and/or Maui. As a manager trainee, in our management development Program, you will work with clients to design and implement comprehensive strategies for retirement, estate and business planning, and providing clients with a full range of insurance and investment products.

  • We are looking for licensed life and health agents (preferred) that are senior advocates . Due to the high demand of the baby boomers, we need strong individuals that are innovative, and has the ability to learn and adapt quickly to the growing industry.
  • We pride ourselves in being able to provide the highest level of care and service options to our clientele, partnerships, and agents
  • We have national partnerships with senior care and resource centers. We have local partnerships with trust and estate attorneys, contractors, and most recently with Maui’s County of Aging, to facilitate every level of service to our clients. In essence, we are the “one stop shop” where we not only put the clients at ease but we are also able to provide our agents with high incomes
  • Future projections: our home office is on Oahu, with a satellite office in Maui, and are rapidly expanding to the outer islands
  • We are in need of licensed insurance agents that can manage these offices
  • We understand that time is valuable and because the seniors prefer to meet face to face we are in need of insurance agents that have the passion to help the senior market
  • We also provide new agents with appointments every week and leads to build their clientele
  • We also offer a mentorship program, training in the field, and techniques to ensure high incomes

Requirements:
Licensed in Life and Health preferred
At least one year of customer service
Strong communication and networking skills

Strong phone skills

Experience working with the senior market or are senior advocates in the community
Previous health care experience or working with insurance carriers preferred
At least one year of office or administrative experience preferred
