Job Description

An employment opportunity for an experienced maintenance technician at a residential apartment complex in Makakilo. The ideal applicant would have experience in routine residential maintenance, repairing minor electrical and plumbing problems, painting, carpentry, and getting units rent ready.

Applicant must be a team player, posses good judgement, able to work with a diversity of people, lift up to 75 lbs., have own tools, current driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
