Architectural Firm Professional Marketer /Assistant: Accounting Marketer Service Expert

An architecture firm is seeking a Professional Assistant to support our team. This is a new position in our growing firm. We’re looking for a positive individual who works well both independently and as part of a dynamic and highly qualified team. This position will report to our Owner and support our entire team. Transformation is occurring at our firm and we need a dynamic team member who can support our mission of great service to our clients. This is a great opportunity to move forward in your career!

Responsibilities:
*Deliver and promote excellent client service
*Help Create, implement and audit office organizational procedures
*Data management to include entry, analysis and research
*Client and consultant communication, including creating and modification of Microsoft Word documents
*Executive support
*Support Marketing Development efforts through the creative proposal preparation and initiatives
*Bookkeeping and billing
*Accounts Payable
*Accounts Receivable
*Billing
*Scheduling and coordination
*Communicate with purpose to include PR development; maintain digital and social media presence
*Miscellaneous tasks as assigned
*Both full-time and part-time positions may be available for the right candidate

Minimum qualifications:
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a mastery of grammar and punctuation
*Highly organized and detail-oriented
*Advanced word processing skills, including mastery of Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel
*Self-directed with the ability to meet deadlines
*Proficient with technology
*Adobe Creative Suite experience, primarily InDesign and Photoshop
*Basic accounting skills
*Administrative experience in the Architecture, Engineering or Construction fields
*Experience with scheduling
*Associates Degree with complementing experience or Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting
*Have at least 1 years of Accounting or related experience in Marketing/Advertising Background
*Have good written and verbal communication skills
*Strong interpersonal and oral/written/presentation communication skills required.
