Responsibilities
•Developing and updating design, procurement and construction schedules for numerous procurement and construction contracts
•Gathering data and preparing design and/or construction schedule progress reports
•Developing project milestones and progress tracking baselines
•Assessing schedule impacts, including change orders and/or unforeseen conditions, to the overall schedule float and the critical path
•Maintaining critical path analysis and reporting deviations against the master construction schedule
•Developing master schedules for multiple multi-disciplinary construction contracts
Qualifications and Experiences
•Minimum of 5 years of scheduling experience•Strong construction background
•Understanding construction means and methods
•Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred
Skills and Competencies
•Excellent written and oral communications skills
•Knowledge of CPM Schedules including the development of Baseline Schedules, Master Schedules and Monthly Updates
•Experience with software packages including Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office Suite
•Ability to work in a cooperative team environment with significant client interface
