Job Description
Great opportunity for an energetic and motivated licensed real estate professional to manage a portfolio of commercial properties, including retail, office, industrial and AOAOs.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordination of property maintenance and improvements; lease compliance and renewals; monthly inspection reports and executive summaries; annual budgets and CAM reconciliations; client and tenant relations; other duties as needed. Foregoing to be accomplished in accordance with established procedures.
REQUIRED: Minimum 2 years of experience as a commercial property manager; active Hawaii Real Estate license; current driver’s license and personal vehicle; proficiency in Word and Excel.
PREFERRED: Experience with AOAOs and with property management software helpful.
