Job Description
Retail Associate
Work Location: Kailua Beach Adventures at the Kailua Beach Center on 130 Kailua Rd. Kailua, HI
Kailua Beach Adventures is an ocean watersports company that specializes in equipment rentals, guided kayaking tours, and stand up paddle lessons. We are also the location of a beachwear boutique that carries name and local brand clothing and accessories such as Rip Curl, Ray Ban, Patagonia, Honey Girl, and Project Aloha. Retail Associates must warmly greet guests and display expertise and enthusiasm for our products. Retail Associates are also responsible for operating the point of sale program, warehousing, restocking, cleaning and organizing. There is potential for the Retail Associate to advance to the Assistant Retail Manager position.
Basic Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Maintains a professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to lift 30 lbs
- Part time
- Must be available to work one weekend day
- Must be available to work during the winter holidays
