We have an exciting career opportunity in our LeSportsac retail store located in Waikiki for an experienced Retail Store Manager. The Store Manager is expected to drive sales through customer service, personnel, and operations. Some KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS include the following:

Motivate employees to work together to achieve company goals in accordance with company policy and procedure.
Evaluates store sales performance daily, and weekly.
Understands and upholds all Policies and Procedures at all times; in addition, ensure all employees fully understand and uphold all Policies and Procedures.
Fully trains all employees on all Manuals with follow-up and accountability using documentation.
Completes all operations on time in accordance with the Manuals.
Maintains inventory of all store supplies, maintenance materials, paperwork, Forms, and tools needed to ensure an operationally sound retail store.
Communicates issues and inefficiencies in store operations to District Manager.
Ensure stockroom is in accordance to company standard.
Payroll procedures
Completes and sends all end-of-month paperwork and budgets.
Ensures all employees are accurately processing cash, credit card, traveler’s check, store credit, and gift card transaction at all times.
Understands and upholds all standards in the Visual Merchandising Directives at all times; ensure all employees fully understand and uphold all company standards at all times.
Recruit and hire new employees.
Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree a plus.
4+ years experience in retail sales with at least one year in a manager role.
Excellent communication and management skills.
