Job Description
Teksouth Corporation is currently looking for a Sr. Navy FM Analyst for the Honolulu, HI area. This will be FT position located at Camp Smith, HI. Must have Active SECRET Clearance.
The SME’s are responsible for integrating and automating multiple sources of Accounting, Financial, Personnel, and Logistics (Supply Chain) data for the DoD and other government organizations using the Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, InfoPath, etc.)
Required Skills and Experience:
Shall possess demonstrated expert experience in financial and acquisition information and possess the capability to provide a visual display tool to access information.
Must have the ability to understand the data and make the data understandable in not only a broad but also narrow context.
Knowledge of Department of Navy (DoN) accounting, budgeting, financial management processes and terminology, and acquisition processes and terminology is required to verify the information on the dashboard is accurate and convey to users the significance and importance of the dashboard outputs.
Understand and have the ability to apply appropriate principles and technologies to safeguard data in Non-Secure Internet Protocol Router (NIPR) environments.
Past experience in developing a Navy dashboard is preferred.
Minimum experience:
Government/Military Accounting or Budgeting Five (5) years of government/military accounting or budgeting experience.
Government/Military Acquisition Five (5) years of government/military acquisition experience, at a minimum utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedure (SAP).
Seven (7) years integrating disparate DoD financial systems.
Standard Accounting Budgeting Reporting Systems (SABRS)
One (1) year experience with SABRS. Standard Finance System (STANFINS)
Four (4) years’ experience with STANFINS.
Standard Accounting and Reporting Services (STARS)
One (1) year experience with STARS.
