We have a great career opportunity for two experienced Retail Sales Associates to work full-time in our Honolulu stores. Some KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS include the following:
Stock:
Maintain a well-organized stockroom and sales floor.
Use Downtime effectively:
Straighteno Replenish merchandise as needed
Make sure prices are correct-
Held accountable for proficient knowledge of all prints, styles, and assortment –
Handles receiving of boxes
Handles sending and transferring of merchandise
Reviews weekly On-Hand report
Sales:
Upholds Customer Service Standards in accordance to the 7 Step Customer Service Policy:
o Make eye contact and greet customers within 15 seconds
o Ask open ended questions
o Demonstrateo Attempt to add-on
o Close the saleo Attempt to add customer to database
o Thank them for their purchase and invite them back
• Demonstrate brand knowledge at all times
• Refer customer complaints to the Manager on duty
• Have the tact and patience to deal with difficult customers.
• Exceed Customer expectations; create a positive shopping experience for every Customer.
• Achieve and exceed individual goals set by oneself and Management as well as Store goals
• Be a LeSportsac Team Player!
• Always make sure personal appearance is in accordance with LeSportsac image guideline set forth in the Operations Manual.
QUALIFICATIONS
1+ years of retail sales experience.
Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
