Job Description

Responsible to be a liaison between the Information Systems department and the business department users or project owners to identify and define solutions to maximize efficiency within the business department or project.  Performs duties related to the Information Systems department, including defining the goals and requirements from the business department users, documentation of project and/or system specifications, identifying current business process flows while offering suggested improvements, faciliation of dialog between business department users or project owners and technical staff, and testing of new system capabilities.
