Job Description
Do you take satisfaction in making guests feel welcome and helping the Service Team ensure they get high quality meals, great service in a neat, clean, tidy fast paced environment? Gyotaku Bussers enjoy a great working environment, supported by an awesome team of Cashier/Hosts, Servers and caring Managers. Gyotaku has been voted BEST JAPANESE RESTAURANT by the readers of the Star Advertiser for the past 20 years. Dining rooms sales are very consistent and so are the tips. Free employee meals are available every shift.
Daily Work Routine:
⦁ Side Duties 30-45 min per shift preparing the dining areas.
⦁ Help the Server provide Gyotaku’s Encore Level Service.
⦁ Prep each table prior to guest arrival.
⦁ Serve water, other utensils & supplies as needed.
⦁ Be focused on exceeding guest expectations of a great meal experience.
⦁ Maintaining an organized clean and sanitary work station.
⦁ Follow company, Serve Safe & State Dept. of Health best practices for food safety & hygiene.
Busser Hourly Pay $9.35 (Minimum Wage Less Tip Credit)
(Plus approx. $5 to $15 per hour in tips, depending on sales and shifts worked, higher tips on weekend shifts)
Typical shifts at 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 9:30PM ~10:30PM
