On Site Mgr for Prestigious Condo in Makiki Punahou area. Part time, 15 hours per week.
Work entails Physical hands on Maintenance, Cleaning & landscaping property.
Must be a people person dealing daily with Owners & residents.
Detail oriented & organized to work closely with Board of Directors, Contractors, Vendors & other service providers.
Compensation is $15.00 per hour, schedule is flexible.
