Full-Time Driver / Kitchen Prep (Pearl City, 5:30am-2pm)

Job Description
Do you have a good driving record and also have experience as a cook? Gyotaku Driver / Kitchen prep is responsible with preparing sauces, entree portions and other prep fresh every day, along with packing and delivery to our restaurants from our central kitchen.
Daily Work Routine:
- Participate in and maintain a positive, professional, team oriented work environment.
- Be focused on exceeding guest expections of a great meal experience.
- Production of prep recipes and menu items for guests according to production forms and recipe cards.
- Maintaining an organized clean and sanitary work station.
- Safe delivery of products to our restaurants.
- Follow company, Serve Safe & State Dept of Health best practices for food safety & hygiene.
Driver’s abstract required. Current TB clearance and proof of HepA vaccination needed upon hire.
Typical shift is 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM, 5 days/week
Employment Type: Full Time, Benefits
Compensation: $16.00 to $20.00 / Hourly
