Job Description

Our Heart of House Team Members are responsible for setting the pace for a great shift, every shift. They provide dependable, fast service that is absolutely Chili’s. About the Job
- Sweep, Scrub, Mop floors in the dining room, restrooms, and kitchen
- Sanitize and disinfect all fixtures, sinks, drains, and all surface areas in the restrooms
- Remove all trash, clean trash cans, and replace liners
- Clean and Sanitize all surfaces in the dining area including tables, ledges, window sills, doors, thresholds
- Dusting all areas of the dining room including air vents
- Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment as needed
- Clean and organized storage sheds and storage areas of the restaurant as needed
- Window Cleaning as needed
- Clean Patios including gound, tables, fixtures, umbrellas
- Clean Awnings as needed
- Clean and Sanitize back dock receiving area daily
- Assist with delivery and break down boxes as needed
- Work quickly to keep up with the pace of the restaurant and team
- Requires some shifts on weekends and holidays
