Full-Time Line Cook (Part-time/Full-time, AM/PM Shifts)

Job Description
Are you talented at preparing high quality meals in a fast paced environment? Gyotaku Line Cooks have a light prep routine due to our central kitchen which prepares sauces, entree portions and other prep fresh every day allowing them to focus on preparing great meals in a team environment.
Daily Work Routine:
⦁ Participate in and maintain a positive, professional, team oriented work environment.
⦁ Be focused on exceeding guest expectations of a great meal experience.
⦁ Production of prep recipes and menu items for guests according to production forms and recipe cards.
⦁ Maintaining an organized clean and sanitary work station.
⦁ Coordination of duties and products with the other kitchen stations.
⦁ Follow company, Serve Safe & State Dept. of Health best practices for food safety & hygiene.
Line Cook Pay Grades (Plus approx. $1 to $3 per hour in tips, depending on sales and shifts worked, higher tips on weekend shifts)
Cook III ~ Trainee through ability to work 1 station expertly $11 – $13
Cook II ~ Ability to work 2-3 stations expertly $13-16
Cook I ~ Ability to work 4 stations expertly $16 – $18
Typical shifts at 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 9:30PM ~10:30PM
