Job Description
Contacting insurance companies and patients. Working on accounts receivable and providing detailed reports to management Billing unpaid claims. Organizing, researching, and preparing appeals Providing correspondence and appeal denials and follow-up on appeals in process Sends out past due and collections letters, responds to patient inquiries regarding past due accounts. Prefer 2 years experience in the Medical Industry with knowledge of medical terminology. Coding and billing experience is a plus. Collections experience is also a plus.
