Full-Time Office Manager

Locally owned media company is seeking a friendly, organized and dedicated individual to join our team as an Office Manager. Position is full-time, Monday-Friday 7:45am-4:15pm.
Duties will include: general office tasks – answering phones, e-mail correspondence, copying, scanning, filing, mailing documents. Individuals will also be proficient in data entry, assisting associates with sales/media kits for client presentations, booking interisland travel for employees (airline and rental car reservations). Coordinating and organizing shipments with local and mainland suppliers. Occasional visits to designated properties to inspect and photograph on premise displays and structures.
Minimum requirements include:
Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point), Microsoft OneDrive Cloud and Microsoft Access database for data entry.
Experience with file sharing programs – WeTransfer, Dropbox.
HS diploma or GED, college degree preferred
Ability to multi-task a plus.
Customer service oriented and positive attitude a must.
