Job Description
Annasea International – Hawaii is part of Western United Fish Company dba Annasea Foods Group with headquarters in Seattle Washington. We are the largest distributor of salmon on the west coast. Other offices include the Philippines and Vietnam.
Annasea International – Hawaii is looking to hire the best fish cutters to join our team of early rising, hardworking, fun loving individuals.

Office Address: 504 N Nimitz Hwy, Honolulu, HI 96817
Monday – Friday between 8am to 2pm.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Fillet all types of whole fish in accurate and timely manner.
- Reduce processing costs by cutting and sizing portions accurately with good yields.
- Clean, scrape, trim, fillet, and/or portion fish for future processing.
- Ensure that all product specifications are being met according to guidelines.
- Ensure compliance of all company policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
- Portion cut product to meet customer specs and company yields.
- Prepare special cuts of fish product ordered by customers.
- Maintain cleanliness of cut room, ensure work area is free of debris and abides by company safety policy.
- Follow FDA requirements for the processing and production of Fresh/Frozen seafood.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of seafood production or other relatable field highly desired.
- The employee must be able to lift and/or move items up to 80 pounds on a regular basis.
- Must be able to work in a cold environment (between the 35-45 degrees)
- Must have the ability to regularly stand, walk, use hands to handle objects, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Demonstrated ability to adjust to sudden changes in customer demands or operational goals.
- Ability to read, comprehend and carry out simple instructions
