Job Description
Animal Clinic of Honolulu is seeking energetic individuals for the position of Receptionist. We are a busy, progressive, full service Veterinary Hospital located in Kaimuki. All areas of our Hospital require individuals with a strong work ethic, the ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment, the motivation to advance in the profession, and the desire to join a staff of highly trained individuals that work together as a team to provide unparalleled care to our patients and clients. We are looking for committed members to join our close family.
As a receptionist you will be responsible for facilitating a positive and engaging environment for clients, patients, and staff. You must be able to demonstrate professionalism when scheduling appointments, addressing client concerns, and articulating medical advice. As the first and last person each client sees during their visit, your position is vital to the satisfaction of the clients.
Pay is commensurate with experience and ability. We encourage promotions from within the company for individuals that show the desire to advance.
