Job Description

Kapolei Beverage Company seeking Sales Representative with sales experience in beverage industry of Hawaii. Must have established connections with large retailer accounts in Hotel, food, and grocery industry. Responsible for ensuring sales volumes are met. Must be able to establish growth opportunity plan.

 

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:  

  • Must be able to travel
  • 5 to 10 years in a Sales capacity position
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient in MS Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Strong organization and planning skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Self-motivated and able to work well under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and work with all levels of the organization and its customers.
  • Must have establish connections with large retailer accounts in hotel, food, and grocery industry.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

BS or equivalent (Sales preferred)

 

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Indoors and Outdoors various environments.

 

PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND COMMUNICATION DEMANDS:

Requires excellent level of communication and people skills. Must effectively communicate with Customers and Management.  Demonstrated ability to utilize time management effectively for maximum results.
