Job Description
Job Duties include:
Answering phone calls.
Answering product questions.
Demonstrating product application on customers.
Maintaining product inventory.
Maintaining/Enhancing current customer relationships.
Requirements and Abilities :
Must be able to work the following shifts 8:30-3:30/3:00 – 10:30 at least 2-3 days a week including holidays and weekends.
Customer-centric, consistently friendly and positive with a high level of patience.
Proactive and able to operate with minimal supervision.
Achiever with great attention to detail.
Self-starter. A team player who can work independently and within a group.
Communicative with excellent verbal/written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and learn new material quickly.
Detail-oriented.
Education and Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent
1-2 years retail experience and/or customer service
Japanese speaker a plus
