Job Description
We are a local real estate investment company building a team with a group of real estate investors doing real estate deals here in Oahu and all over the country. We are looking to expand the business and seeking people to work with and share deals as potential business partners. We are interested in a person that wants to start real estate investing for themselves; someone that understands the value of working with seasoned investors in starting their own business and create a Win-Win situation.
What will you be doing?
Help locate light touch ups to heavy rehab fix and flip projects
Do on-site walk-thru and create introductory repair estimates
Negotiate contracts, including purchase and sales agreements
Complete analysis to determine after repair value, offer price and repair estimate costs
Explore and study appropriate zoning laws and ordinances
Search online sources for investment opportunities and potentials
Meet with sellers and or real estate authorities in office and at property locations
