What could be more fun than working with the Big Guy in the Red Suit? We have that opportunity for you this Christmas season! Our Cast Members are on stage bringing joy and fun to the Santa experience for our guests. If you like to laugh while you work, entertain kids, and think you are a pretty good photographer we would love to have you to join our team!

The basic function of the Cast Member is to provide a positive experience for the customer. This is driven by:

      • Delivering quality images/product
      • Create a welcoming and joyful experience for our guest
      • Arriving on time ready to work

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Train on positions as directed by the Location Manager
      • Manage a sufficient line flow by getting customers checked in properly
      • Take care of the location property and of the property of WorldWide Photography
      • Ensure every step of the photo experience is safe for both guests and co-workers including the character
      • Capture lasting images and present them to waiting families
      • Help the Location Manager achieve daily sales goals by participating in up-selling, promotions, and efficient work

Skills and Competencies:

      • Working knowledge of primary set technology – Camera, POS, printer (a plus)
      • Attention to details of overall promotion
      • Maintain a professional and enthusiastic attitude
      • Strong customer service skills
      • Patient and kind when handling small children and infants
      • Creativity to overcome obstacles such as resolving customer concerns
      • Positive/Caring attitude at all points of the season

Requirements:

    • Pass applicable screening requirements including: National Sex Offender, criminal background check, drug screen
    • Reliable transportation
    • Lift up to 60 lbs. – set-up/breakdown of equipment & to help children onto Character’s lap
    • Stand for extended periods – operate equipment and assist guests
    • Attend essential training
    • Uniform: professional black slacks, comfortable closed toe shoes
