The Role The role of a Brand Ambassador is one that we embrace as the face of our brand. You are the ones who create the relationships. The extension of the Volition vision that you pass on to each other, our Sephora Partners, and each client you embrace. Educate. Motivate. Inspire. This is a sale based role. To be a part of a team that is like no other! Together, we are revolutionizing beauty.

You are excited about this opportunity because you will…

  • Visit 5-10 designated Sephora stores in your region per month. You will visit each store 1 – 3x per month (depending on each store policy) for 4-6 hours each visit and follow all Sephora standard policies
  • Sales: MUST achieve personal daily sales goal, Monthly goal per door
  • Train: Educate and motivate cast members on the brand & our product portfolio. Build advocacy in Sephora cast members so that they can support your sales goals even after your visit
  • Support Sephora Store Sales: Partner with each store to grow brand awareness & achieve sales goals by offering consistent sales & education support across the territory. Communicate with store management to conduct Brand Business Reviews (BBRs), keep track of sales and solicit feedback on successes and opportunities. Achieve monthly sales goals and earn great quarterly bonus incentives, finding effective ways to make your visit linger with lasting sales after you’ve left the store physically
  • Build the Brand: Build store & section traffic via social and other community-building; build EXCELLENT relationships with Sephora staff and management.
  • Report your own personal feedback directly to the National Sales Director
  • Work closely with operations to maintain Brand linear, shelving, signage and inventory in order to support sales goal opportunity
  • Complete weekly time sheets
  • Provide schedule availability 1.5 months in advance. Create monthly call cycles.
  • Work with the Regional Sales Manager/Area Coach/ National Sales Director to schedule store visits to meet store’s sales and education needs
  • Attend weekly regional team call

  • Have excellent relationship building skills, are friendly, client-focused, approachable, motivated, and passionate about skincare
  • Are a team-player with excellent communication skills
  • Are accountable, with a good track record of not cancelling last minute under any circumstances
  • Are innovative – you think outside the box on how to grow traffic, conversion and sales in your market
