The blowing element is a blowing rake tube consist of a central tube and several branch tube with nozzles. The poppet valve supply the blowing medium through the fixed feed tube. Rake sootblower only move forward and backward but not rotated, all the spareparts are easy to maintain. RKAT/D sootblower is specially designed for SCR denitrification reactor, two medium(steam and compressed air) are suitable. Rake tubes are packed separately for the shipment, as it need to be welded in plant site in the SCR area. Rake tube are always staying inside the reactor area, so the temperature inside the boiler is under 450°C, won’t be too high. This sootblower’s main spare parts are track beam, gear box, carriage, feed tube, lance tube, central tube, rake tube, valve, valve opening mechanism, terminal box, furnace support, front wheel support and wall box.buy Rake Soot Blower
