Job Title: Client Services Concierge Caller

Pay Rate: $15.84 – $17.43/hour, Based on experience

Description:
Conduct all 24-48 Hour courtesy calls (Touches) for new client groups according to Client Services desktop procedures on behalf of Account Representatives and In-House Account Representatives and document in Salesforce
Conduct all 2 Month Touches according to Client Services desktop procedures and document in Salesforce
Review renewals with no rate or benefit changes to ensure accuracy and route for timely processing by Employer Services on behalf of Account Representatives and In-House Account Representatives according to Client Services desktop procedures
Maintain Doc Store Packet Order spreadsheet and print pamphlets as needed according to Client Services desktop procedures
Serve as primary backup for Client Services email inbox and ACD line for In-House Account Representatives
Serve as primary backup for other Client Services In-House Account Representative duties (including but not limited to eFax distribution, management of ESD-CLI rejection folder, and processing group demographic changes)
Other duties as assigned by Client Services Supervisor and Client Services Manager
Requirements:
High School Diploma required, Associate’s degree preferred
Two (2) years of recent customer service experience
Recent healthcare industry related experience is preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including, but not limited to: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, and keyboarding skills
Able to handle all types of client and broker calls in a professional manner
Able to calculate discounts, extensions, additions, ratios, and allocations
Able to work as a contributing Team Member towards achieving management’s stated goals
Excellent time management and organizational skills
