CNA Lead
Arcadia Home Health Services
Location: Honolulu, Hawaii
We are seeking an experienced Certified Nurse Aide Lead(CNA) to join our company’s Home Health Division, assisting our clients in their homes in the Honolulu area. The position is Full Time (40 hrs hours per week) Monday through Friday 9am- 5pm with flexibility to work various days/times including weekend as needed.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Provides oversight of the daily activities of the CNAs in the Home Health Department
· Provides on the job training, coaching, and supervision to CNAs on a daily basis
· Assists the Scheduler in coordinating CNA schedules and maintaining the time and attendance records
· Fills in as needed to provide direct assistance and care to clients
The Successful Applicant must have:
· High school diploma or general education degree (GED); CNA training from State approved program; 3 years Long Term Care experience as a Certified Nurse Aide
· A Current State of Hawaii Certified Nurse Aide Certification
· First Aid & CPR certifications
· Current, valid driver’s license
· Flexibility to work other days/times as scheduled and to attend required training
