Job Description

Full-time position for:

  • Construction Quality Control Manager (CQCM)
  • $80 – $100k a year
  • Start date is September 3, 2019

 

Minimum Qualifications, Skills and Education Requirements:

  • Ability to Complete Division 01 and Subcontractor Submittals
  • Have a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following: Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Building Construction, or Building Science
  • 10 years of experience as a Project Superintendent, QC Manager, Project Manager, Project Engineer or Construction Manager on projects $1.5 million or larger
  • 2 years QC Manager experience
  • Familiar with EM385-1-1
  • Hazard identification, Safety Compliance and Sustainability
