As Hawaii’s largest brewery operating 100% in Hawaii since 2005, Maui Brewing Company is a fiercely local company world-renowned for our award-winning beverages with products sold throughout the islands of Hawaii and exported to 20 states and 3 international countries. Our Kihei brewery and restaurant is a popular destination for kama’aina and visitors alike, servicing over 350,000 customers in 2019. Our goal is to create a universally friendly and welcoming place where guests can enjoy truly unique experiences of celebration, entertainment, and discovery of our fresh crafted beers and cuisine.

If you are excited about our mission and passionate about our values, we’re seeking an experienced Executive Chef for our Kihei, Maui flagship restaurant. The qualified applicant should have extensive practice as a productive, organized, and caring leader for our high volume kitchen and beyond. You should be confident in building, developing, and maintaining enthusiastic teams. Preferably, you are a current Maui or Hawaii resident and have 3 or more years of culinary experience locally.
