Shoreline Hotel Waikiki is a boutique hotel located a block from the beach in the heart of Waikiki. From sunrise to sunset, our 135-room hotel transforms from warm, bright and airy in the day, to cool, moody and electric at night, with an atmosphere inspired by the striking beauty of the Hawaiian landscape and the energy of Waikiki.

We are seeking an exceptional service-minded individual to join our dynamic team of hospitality professionals as our Front Desk Host. As one of the first points of contact, the Front Desk Host builds lasting relationships and develops a personal understanding of our guests’ needs. Some of their essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Process guest arrivals and departures
- Answer general inquiries and resolving concerns appropriately
- Maintain a safe and organized lobby
- Provide local information and offer recommendations to activities, shopping, restaurant and nightlife
