Job Summary
As the Department Head, oversee the daily operation of the Guest Services
Department. In the absence of the General Manager, or at the GM’s
direction, responsible for the efficient and economical function of
every aspect of the property. To meet our owners and guest expectations. To provide a safe and opportunistic environment for our employees.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekend and holiday availability
- Must have great customer service skills – all of our positions come into contact with guests!
