Job Description
Job Summary: The Infrastructure Support Analyst is responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates, and troubleshoots problems, and determines and implements solution. Provides day to day operational support for existing infrastructure services and users of those services and supports/performs project-based work leading to the development and deployment of new infrastructure services. Participates and supports IT Governance requirements.
Minimum Qualifications: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Management, related discipline or equivalent, and two (2) years of experience in end-user support and desktop deployment preferred. Must have functional knowledge of network environments and concepts such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and Active Directory. Knowledge of Microsoft Desktop and Server technology and infrastructure platforms including Windows desktop and server operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, Microsoft 365 tenant management, and Remote Desktop Services.
Credit must be in good standing. Must be bondable pursuant to §713.3(b) of the NCUA’s Rules and Regulations.
