JOB DESCRIPTION

In response to the demand for repatriation of our citizens, American Samoa Government is initiating a repatriation program to bring residents stranded in the U.S. mainland back home. The goals of the program are to ensure safe travel of the stranded residents from US to American Samoa and to reduce the risk of SARS CoV-2 entry and transmission within the territory. Due to limitations in quarantine and testing capacity in American Samoa, residents will be subject to quarantine and testing procedures and processes prior to departing Honolulu.

Many residents who are stranded in Hawaii and the U.S. mainland departed American Samoa primarily for scheduled medical specialty care.
