This is a unique position because you are trained in several of our departments and assist where you are needed.
You will work closely with our patients and doctors while learning new and exciting medical applications. Because of the nature of this position, flexibility and accuracy is key. This role is responsible for assuring that each visit’s set-up is completed in an efficient and effective manner, which includes data entry, processing prescriptions/prior authorizations and assisting with certain medical procedures.
At times you may be asked to step into the scribe role. They act as liaison between our Electronic Health Record (EHR) and our doctors. They are responsible for ensuring quality reporting to our insurance companies and other health agencies.
Due to our current environment, the majority of our visits are done via telehealth (online) and there is minimal in-person contact with patients on a daily basis. This is subject to change in accordance to any new information received from the Department of Health, Centers of Disease Control and/or any other pertinent organizations.

- Knowledgeable in Computer Skills (Microsoft Office), experience with eClinical Works a plus
- College Graduate or 3 years work experience (preferred), medical experience a plus
- Able to type 50 wpm
