Job Description
The Surgical Suites (1100 Ward Ave, Honolulu), an ophthalmic surgery center is currently seeking qualified applicants for an immediate opening for a Medical Receptionist, Front Desk.
Interested candidates should have interest and/or qualification for front desk customer service in a healthcare setting. Generally, duties include: greeting visitors, registering and admitting patients, working with the accounts team to verify insurance and collect patient responsibility portions, etc.
The position is full-time, early morning, 6:00am every Monday to Friday and requires a dedicated person to be responsible. This is not a shift position and some days may require overtime to help finish the surgical schedule. Benefits include: Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance. 401(K). PTO and Sick Time and Parking/bus is reimbursed. Fully covid vaccinated required.
