Full-Time Office Manager
Office position open in a well established wholesale distribution company in Waipio Gentry.
Must be proficient and experienced with Quickbooks, Word, Excel, and Windows; be accurate and detail oriented, able to work accurately with numbers, spreadsheets; do the ordering to maintain adequate inventory levels, sales orders and invoicing on Quickbooks, posting receivables, collections, monitor and do price changes, answer muliti-line phones properly, occasionally wait on walk in customers, experience with cash register and reconciling/balancing, credit card processing. Become familiar with retail account portals, calling on existing and new customers. Must be comfortable working with oriental and American food products, and cooking related items.
