Job Description
Office Representative requirements: Excellent customer service, communication, time-management, clerical & computer skills. Have the ability to work under pressure and be a self-motivated learner. Will need to acquire & maintain a Property & Casualty Insurance license shortly after hire as an insurance license is required to do 90% of job description, and eventually a Life Insurance license. Sell insurance based on needs, educate customer on coverage options to assist them in making informed decisions, assisting customers with their claims, answering phones and servicing customer policies, managing beginning-of-day responsibilities, accepting payments, weekly filing, retrieving messages, and providing overall office assistance. We work as a team and help each other to take care of our customer’s needs, and have a very caring work environment. Our small team has worked together for many years and are looking for a sincere person who truly cares about helping people and works well with others.
