Job Description
Small Engine Technician/Mechanic Job Duties:
Maintains current knowledge of small engine equipment
Check in rental equipment for damage or missing parts
Comply to all safety requirements in shop area pertaining to flammable fluids and tool usage
Complete repairs to vehicles, trailers and equipment as repair order states in a timely manner
Clean equipment with pressure washer
Small Engine Technician/Mechanic Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum one year experience in performing service repairs on heavy equipment and hand held power equipment
Two or more years of experience performing service repairs
Small Engine Mechanic or Small Engine Technician Certification preferred
Valid driver’s license & clean abstract required
Able to obtain DBIDS Credentials
Able to obtain forklift certification
Ability to work independently
