Job Description
We are seeking personable, energetic individuals with strong customer service skills to joint our Veterinary support team. We are looking for positions as both a Receptionist and Animal Care Specialist.
Receptionists (customer service representative) will be responsible for facilitating a positive and engaging clinic environment for clients, patients, and staff. We are looking for dedicated candidates to join our close knit family. The job is very fast paced, with duties including answering phones, handling monetary transactions, computer work, and effectively communicating with clients and articulating medical advice. The candidate must embody a strong work ethic and have the ability to show compassion for both animals and people.
Education and experience: Previous Veterinary work experience a plus but not required. Computer skills needed.
Hours may include weekend and Holiday work.
Salary commensurate with experience and ability.
The Animal Care Specialist will be responsible for facilitating and maintaining a positive and rewarding boarding environment for both clients and their pets. In this role, you must demonstrate professionalism and compassion when handling boarding animals and addressing client concerns. The candidate must display the desire to maintain a clean and healthy atmosphere for our boarded pets.
Education and Experience: High School Diploma. Previous kennel work experience a plus but not required.
Hours: Part time to Full time hourly position.
Hours will include weekend and Holiday hours.
Salary commensurate with experience and ability.
