DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Epic Aloha is looking for guides who love to talk, engage with guests, serve and share joy. You’ll spend your time making life more fun for our guests in an experience like nothing else in Hawaii. Our guides will need to be able to talk with anyone, think critically and communicate effectively so guests have the time of their lives.
- Create joy and positivity at all times for guests
- Take care of Epic Aloha spaces, maintaining excellence in quality, appearance and overall guest experience
- Intentionally and comfortably engage and entertain guests with no fear!
- Learn and effectively communicate room themes and key messages throughout the guest experience
- Complete minor repair work when guests have too much fun
- Maintain inventory of merchandise
- Complete ticket and items sales on POS system
- Be an amazing team player, proactively resolving any issues and completing necessary tasks on time
- Represent, own and love the Epic Aloha brand
PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service experience
Excellent communication and social skills
Ability to adapt, problem solve and feel comfortable working in a fun, fast-paced environment
Social media and photography experience a plus
High energy, self-managing and self-starter personality
ADDITIONAL NOTES
Evening and weekend availability required
Hourly rate: $11 – $15
Ability to lift 50 lbs.; stand for extended periods; pull, push, lift, step, stretch, reach, and work either behind a ‘desk’ or on the floor.
Full time employees may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and 401K matching.
