We are seeking an experienced Certified Nurse Aide Lead to join the Health Care Center at the 15 Craigside Retirement Residence. The position is Full Time (40 hrs per week), and the successful applicant will be required to work various days/shifts as required by the facility.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provides oversight of the daily activities of the CNAs in the Assisted Living Department
- Provides on the job training, coaching, and supervision to CNAs on a daily basis
- Assists the Scheduler in coordinating CNA schedules and maintaining the time and attendance records
- Fills in as needed to provide direct assistance and care to residents
The Successful Applicant must have:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); CNA training from State approved program; three years Long Term Care experience as a Certified Nurse Aide
- Current State of Hawaii Certified Nurse Aide Certification
- First Aid & CPR certifications
